Was nice but unfortunately house keeping let the side down! Nice pool , Lovely building

Didn't like: When house keeping came in and did half a job ( emptied bins but didn’t make beds! ) Took my daughters bedding away and didn’t leave clean! So had to walk from tower building to reception at 11.30 to collect her som bedding! Coffee was only replaced 25% of my stay which is not okay when advertised as having coffee in rooms! We also had an item go missing from the room ( my autistic daughters power bank to her phone which is unacceptable )

Very friendly staff in a great location close to everything, however the rooms need a little TLC Very polite staff, great location and pricing.

Didn't like: Rooms were a bit rundown the laminate flooring was warped and peeling up in areas. little bit of mildew in the shower, had to push really hard on the bathroom door to get it to close all the way.

Didn't like: The hotel rooms itself were dingy

Prime location, rooms have lots of space but cleaners need to be evaluated better. Location to attractions. The view from the room and the space in the room were very nice. The lobby was large, and the lady at the bar was nice, but closing the bar at 9:45 pm seemed a little early.

Didn't like: Breakfast was hyped up online, and when we got there to order (NOT BUFFET STYLE), she said we only got one choice for breakfast, even though there were 5 different options. There was mold in the bathroom tiles, and the rooms next door were very noisy. I was there to relax and sleep in with my friend, and we were woken up by multiple people talking very loudly.

Didn't like: Toilet room a good 10-15 seconds to flush. The system heat and air was very loud. The free breakfast didn’t look free. We walk in and say people paying

Nice place for a weekend holiday The location was great. Close to everything. The pool area was very reasonable.

Didn't like: In the evening there were young boys running around not supervised and no hotel staff around to help. The room walls are paper thin and we could hear everything outside. Doors closing, luggage rolling.

Amazing, comfortable 4 night stay The location is perfect, the i-ride stop is right outside. Our room was huge and the beds were so comfy! Staff very kind and helpful and not much noise from outside. Little fridge and microwave were great touches to the room. Pool was never too busy and super clean area. Free bus to Universal if needed too. A/C in room so easy to use too. I would absolutely stay here again.

Didn't like: It was not very comfortable. The floors, especially behind the beds and furniture were dirty. My room didn’t have an iron or enough towels.

GROSS!!!! Nothing.

Didn't like: Everything. It was gross. It felt gross, like the air felt gross. The bed broke when I sat on it. There was a booger on the wall, hair in the sink, on the toilet, on the floors, the ceiling and upper walls had mold on it, the bathtub was dirty. There was like dried blood streak on bathroom walls. Like the carpet felt like you needed to always have shoes on. I was quite honestly thought about sleeping with my clothes on so that I wouldn’t touch any part of that bed. It was just so gross. We left and got another hotel.

Hotel was clean and spacious. Also location was center of all attractions downtown.
