The shuttle service, housekeeping, liked the pool and underwater music! The food prices in shop weren't too expensive a d the pizza at midnight was lovely! Loved in the room the ac had Celsius and Fahrenheit:)

Absolutely perfect vacation, we have one daughter with celiac and they have a separate menu. The room was big and beautiful, shuttle to the parks, Starbucks inside, very nice Poole outside

All in all we enjoyed our stay The room is big, 3 big beds, one bedroom and a living room. There is a small fridge in the room and a microwave. Free shuttles to universal are a big plus and you get an early access to the universal parks. The pool was great.

Didn't like: There’s a small kitchen and microwave and a dining table but you get plastic dishes and utensils. I would prefer some regular dishes and utensils so we can eat im normal dishes and reuse it whenever possible. But we still enjoyed our stay and recommend this hotel.
