Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Anywayr, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement.

2. Who May Use Anywayr

You must be at least 18 years old to create an Anywayr account. Anywayr is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Anywayr to plan and manage your own travel, including sharing a trip with the people you are travelling with. You may not resell or commercially redistribute Anywayr or its content, scrape or bulk-download it, use it to build a competing product, or use automated systems to access it except as we expressly permit. If you use Anywayr on behalf of a business, such as a travel agency partner, the arrangement we agree with you separately governs that use.

3. Service Description

Anywayr is a group travel planning service. We help you research destinations, build an itinerary, and put together a shortlist of accommodations and activities, and we connect you with the travel providers who fulfill your trip, including vacation rental hosts, hotels, and activity operators such as Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com, Viator, and GetYourGuide. When you book, you are booking directly with that provider under their own terms, pricing, and cancellation policy, not under a booking made by Anywayr.

We strive to provide accurate pricing and availability information, but all details should be verified directly with the provider before you complete a booking.

Affiliate compensation. When you book a stay or an activity through a link on Anywayr, we may receive a commission from that provider or its affiliate program. You pay no more because of it. Which booking sites we search is influenced by whether we have a commercial relationship with them, but within the results we show you, options are ranked by fit with the trip you described, and no provider can pay for a better position.

4. AI-Generated Content

Our platform uses artificial intelligence to generate travel recommendations and itineraries. While we strive for accuracy, all AI-generated content should be verified independently.

5. Connecting Your Email (Optional Feature)

Anywayr offers an optional feature that lets you connect a Google (Gmail) account so we can automatically find your travel confirmations and loyalty status and add them to your trips. This feature is opt-in, off by default, and you may disconnect it at any time. How we access and handle data from your email is described in our Privacy Policy and is governed by the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

This feature is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis, without warranty of any kind. The information we detect is extracted automatically and offered as a convenience, not as an authoritative record. We do not guarantee that every booking or loyalty detail will be found, complete, or correctly read, and details may be missed or misread.

You are responsible for verifying all extracted details (including dates, times, prices, confirmation numbers, and loyalty or status information) against your original confirmation email or directly with the relevant provider before relying on them. Booking and loyalty information originates from third parties such as airlines, hotels, rental-car companies, online travel agencies, and loyalty programs, not from Anywayr, and we are not responsible for errors, omissions, changes, or cancellations in those original messages.

Your use of this optional feature is at your discretion. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Anywayr is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, information extracted from your email, and this feature is subject to the disclaimers and limitations of liability in these Terms. Access depends on Google's services and your authorization; you may revoke access at any time, and we may modify or discontinue this feature.

6. Text Messages

Anywayr offers an optional text-message assistant, and can text you alerts about your trip, such as a flight price drop or a place to stay becoming available. By giving us your mobile number and opting in, you consent to receive these messages from Anywayr at that number, including messages sent using an automated system. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing anything from us.

Message frequency varies based on your trips and the alerts you request. Message and data rates may apply, and your mobile carrier's charges are your responsibility. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

To stop messages, email support@anywayr.com and we will remove your number and stop all messages to it. Replying STOP to a conversation will also quiet the assistant in that conversation.

Your messages are stored and processed by automated systems, including AI, so we can respond to you, as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Paid Subscriptions and Automatic Renewal

Anywayr is free to use. We also offer an optional paid supporter subscription. If you subscribe, the price, the billing period, and the date of your first charge are shown to you before you confirm, and you authorize us to charge your payment method at that price.

Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period, and your payment method is charged the then-current price, until you cancel. We will tell you in advance of any price change and give you a chance to cancel first.

You may cancel at any time from the billing portal in your Anywayr account settings, or by emailing support@anywayr.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and you keep access until then. Except where required by law, payments already made are not refundable, and we do not prorate a partial period.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Anywayr does not receive or store your full card number.

8. User Accounts

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information and for all activities that occur under their account.

9. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. We collect and use information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

10. Disclaimers

Anywayr is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that Anywayr will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that the pricing, availability, or other information supplied by third-party travel providers is accurate or current. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so some of these exclusions may not apply to you.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Anywayr and its suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any lost profits, lost data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, Anywayr.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above may not apply to you.

12. Revisions

Anywayr may revise these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above, and for material changes we will take reasonable steps to notify you. By continuing to use Anywayr after a revision takes effect, you agree to the revised Terms.
