Close to everything, great price, great people and pretty clean How clean it was and how friendly customer service was. It was also really easy to get my room and easy to leave my room.

Really bad How close it was to universal, made getting to the park relatively easy
Didn't like: I have a lot but to sum up, booked waterside got poolside, shower had mold, closet door was broken and off hinges, shutters held to wall but one screw, the soap in the shower didn’t really do anything but stay in the hair and staff were very helpful, talked very low.

Didn't like: Bathroom a little bid out dated and a few hairs but I guess is normal.

Over all is would have been nice with thee exceptions of the Toilet and old tub The bathroom toilets are for kindergartners. They way too low for adults, especially those with disabilities. I had to get help from my son in law to help get my husband who is 6’3 off that low low toilet. That was embarrassing to him

Affordable, great amenities, and location was perfect I really liked the location. I liked that the hotel had a restaurant and a place to get coffee and/or snacks onsite.
