Hotel Monreale Express International Drive Orlando

Just what we needed a clean comfortable bed to sleep in after a long day and that was exactly what we got, conveniently It was clean, the beds were super comfortable, had a shuttle service.

Clean. Convenient and great value for money. It was close to universal and my friends hotel. It was clean. And I’m glad the maid didn’t come in every day to clean as that was something you had to request. I like my space left alone when I am away.

Didn't like: No coffee machine in the room. That was the only thing. There were enough clean towels and hand towels for my three day stay which I thought was great. Vending machines on 3rd floor only took cash not card from what I could see.

Decent hotel in a great location It’s a hotel on the cheaper side and you get what you pay for. The rooms are good, clean, spacious and you get all the basics that you need for a good trip. Breakfast is paid, but good and the price is fair.

Didn't like: Some appliances are broken, such as the safe in the room that was not working, the laundry only had one working washer for the whole facility (and lines of guests trying to use it) and the ice machine was also broken.

To close to the freeway, to much noise, not staying here again

Didn't like: No night security, roughty neighbors won let you sleep, it was 3 am when they came back from partying, and they brought the noise with them....

Great location and great price/value Convenient location close the Universal Parks, free shuttle to the parks and laundry available. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was spacious and I didn’t hear any noise.

Lackluster experience with staff. Mids room. It was located near several parks, but I wouldn't say it had a particularly good location. It's right off the highway (noisy) with a handful of restaurants nearby. If you're going to Orlando for anything other than the parks, I wouldn't recommend staying here.

Didn't like: It was a middle-of-the-line motel, not awful but not spectacular. The room was alright; the bathroom area was a bit cramped. Our door was very difficult to open, and when I alerted staff, they said to just keep trying. The poor was small and noticeably dirtier than most other pools I've seen. I wouldn't have gone through the effort of writing a review had the staff not been so rude and unhelpful to us. My spouse left a very important bag in our room (we even remember where we left it). We contacted the hotel less than 2 days after we realized we had left it behind, but every time we called the receptionist was very mousy and didn't provide much support or care. She'd just say, "Managers are not here, call again tomorrow" and "try emailing the managers", but wouldn't provide me a name or phone number for the management there (only gave me a corporate email to reach out to). I emailed multiple times, but only received 2 dismissive responses. They said they'd check the cameras but never got back to me about it. Management either ignored my email requesting help, never checked, or they DID check, saw staff taking the bag, and then didn't report it back to me. Anyway you cut it, we didn't have a good time here and would have much rather have stayed somewhere else. I work in travel and customer service, and I gotta say, this is a very subpar travel experience. 2/10. Would not recommend unless it's your only option, but the "hotel" and staff will leave much to be desired.

Will never stay there again. I don’t know how the rating was so high. The nice woman who checked me in. The location was good.

Didn't like: It was filthy in the room. There was mold on the ceiling near the air vents. Everything in the room felt damp and humid. I was so uncomfortable staying there.
