Value for money, poor cleaning. Proximity and shuttle to Universal, value for money, microwave in the room, pool.
Didn't like: Poor cleaning; the room has carpeting, and it was never vacuumed (we stayed for 9 days). I couldn't walk barefoot in the room. Another e.g... there was a rubber mat in the bathtub that was very dirty, so we set it aside.

Great location Very close to universal which was amazing. The areas we saw of the hotel was nice but we were really only there to sleep and wash up. We had 2 rooms. Our beds were comfy. Our daughters room had 1 comfy bed and 1 not so its a hit or miss. My daughter's fridge worked great where ours got stuff a little cold. Overall though I would stay again.
Didn't like: Toilets in both our rooms were dirty which wasn't appealing and we had to clean them. My daughters had pee on the seat and ours had a used match on the back of it which makes me assume it wasn't even touched. We did let the front desk know so they could speak with housekeeping. Everything else appeared clean

Not the best we have had at a Rosen hotel. Close to turnpike and places to eat.
Didn't like: Noisy area, dated furnishings. Uncomfortable bed & hard pillows. AC not efficient in cooling the room. Edges of carpets and tile not clean

The location literally cannot be beat. Absolutely fantastic. Staff are great, easy to check in. The little shop is a super lovely touch.

Great hotel but reception staff lack knowledge Plenty of parking albeit you have to pay for parking its worth it. Secure car park with 24/7 security
Didn't like: When checking in we was given a sheet of paper with hotel details and times for the free shuttle buses. However next day learnt that these times were out of date and therefore had missed our bus to Universal. This information was not given to us at check in by the lady at reception. When I asked about the times for the shuttle she said they are on the paper
