Everything

Didn't like: Probably that the restaurants like starbucks closes early and the ice cream shop is closed during the week maybe add a restaurant or 2 in resort.

Great family, friendly hotel with lots of things to do for kids all ages. Room was very clean, great location, close to public transportation and restaurants. Staff was very friendly and it was a great value. Kids love the waterpark and having options like restaurants, arcade games, and Starbucks was a bonus.

Didn't like: There was construction on site. They were renovating the property. The rooms looked great however, the hallways and doors need a fresh coat of paint. One of the slides at the water park was broken and the men’s bathroom at the water park was broken or closed.

I will NOT be returning After being placed in an handicap accessible room with visibly dirty wooden floors when it should have been a standard newly renovated room I found it hard to like anything. My kids had a blast though. I had the ick

Didn't like: I found my room to smell really bad, like mildew. The wooden floors made me want to go out and buy a mop, bucket and pine sol. The pools were extremely cold.

We were very please and will definitely return. My son was very sad to leave. The staff was excellent and so friendly. W The rooms were clean and accommodating. Very comfortable.

Didn't like: The rooms could use a full length mirror and a few more towel/wet clothes hooks in the bathroom (only 1 on the back of the door).

Nice place. Stuff was great, Farid lifeguard and all the others were really nice and friendly. We have 2y old baby with us and everyone were really nice. Reception manager was really professional. Its a lady, didnt catch her name but she help us with small issue that we had, we wish that could stay longer but maybe next time. Thank you.
