great location, especially for universal parks and icon park, comfortable room
Didn't like: they close the (tiny) gym at 10 pm for no reason, given that it's totally unsupervised

Dated hotel that is just not worth it
Didn't like: The first night I stayed at the hotel, there was a constant on and off humming noise. I could not figure out where it was coming from, but in the morning I realized my room was across from the bolier room. I asked to move my room and the staff was accomodating, but they gave me a key to a "new" room and it turn out someone was already staying in that room. I eventually got a third room that worked out for the rest of my stay. The coffee creamer was old and hard as a rock, rendering the coffee useless. Will not stay here again.

I like staying there because of the value for the location. Nickel and diming over things like parking may be a deterren The location is perfect. I like that the place is gated and very safe.
Didn't like: I have stayed here a few times before. I don’t like that there is now an additional $10 per day for parking, that will have to be taken into consideration for the overall cost next time I visit. The bathroom wasn’t cleaned properly and there was a lot of hair in the tub when I checked in. Additionally, the threshold in room 2526 separating the bath area from the carpeted area was worn and exposed the tack strips. I cut my foot twice on the carpet tacks.

Good value for money. Good value for money - good location. Comfortable bed. Lovely pools.
Didn't like: A little dated and very noisy air con. Maids go into your room every day despite leaving do not disturb on the door. Parks shuttle is not guaranteed and must be booked 24 hours before you need it - you can only book in person at the desk between 7-11am. This was not made clear by the reception desk or the description.
