The location and the room view was great from 18th floor.

Didn't like: The staff wasn't very attentive the phone kept ringing trying to get a hold of house keeping.

Never again Location was only thing decent about my stay

Didn't like: Bed was very uncomfortable.. bathroom exhaust fan leaked water, very noisy.. we were supposed to be on high floor with attraction view and we were put on the 11th floor with parking lot view.

The room was very comfortable. The bed and the pillows were excellent. I had a nice view from the high floor.

Didn't like: The snacks, food not a good selection.

Okay Front desk accommodate and tried her best to find us a ready room.

Didn't like: We were only there for a night. We couldn't sleep at all because our room neighbors were yelling and fighting in the middle of the night. And for some reason our AC didnt run for couple hours. We were sweating. And lastly, my partner accidentally forgot his jacket in our room the day we check out. Till now we are waiting for someone to reach out if they found it.
