Location can't be beat Couldn't beat the location. Close to the tube, plenty of food choices within walking distance and the most incredible view of Tower Bridge.
Didn't like: Rooms were large and comfortable but could do with a little refresh. Addition of a mini fridge would also be useful.

Location, loads of hot water.
Didn't like: We payed a lot of money for the room,in a suite, nice view , but all week it was cold , had a oil fired radiator in the room which just kept it warm, in the toilet the extractor fan did not work which left the room smelly, the kitchen part nothing worked, the table lamps were broken, wires were too short and were hanging in front of the draws, paint was flakeing off the ceiling in the toilet, limited channels on the tv, best meals was with room service, but limit choices, the restaurent again was poor in food options, this hotel when was new, might of been 4star, but now i would give it a 2 star very poor, breakfast was the best part of staying here, would not recommend, and would not stay here again, very dated, in a well need of refurb.

Fantastic. Thanks so much wish I could stay again but it was a big save up to stay. Maybe one day In a nutshell a wonderful stay a day of upsets & a night mare getting to hotel. But once there Geogre the concierge was very helpful and kind the Batman on shift that night was from Bristol. Very helpful. But most of all Muhammad on reception in the morning was exceptionally kind listened to my situation and help me & id say is a credit to your company if I could say he needs a promotion of some sort. Thanks once again from a very appreciated guest.
Didn't like: Nothing I loved everything. I couldn’t afford the breakfast. So I’ve no idea what the food was like.

Disappointed
Didn't like: My son paid for extras in the room as a surprise, unfortunately the staff did not have the room ready, told me that there was a surprise, surprise ruined and instead a bottle of wine was left in the room - my son was disappointed, and so were myself and my husband - disappointed that our sons money had been taken for the surprise - should have been chocolates in the room together with wine for our 49th wedding anniversary-

Not worth the extra expense The hotel is in a good location. The breakfast was nice and had variety. The view from our room.
Didn't like: The rooms are cold, the furniture was dated and needs updating. No USB ports in the rooms. The bathroom had chips in the floor and there is mold around the bath. The beds are very hard.

Great location, great staff, most definitely coming again Brilliant location, fantastic lobby area.
Didn't like: Room needed updating, was disappointed with a bath to climb in rather than a walk in shower… shelves in bathroom were very dusty too, you could see it when you moved the smaller towels.
