Awful housekeeping Good location. Friendly reception staff
Didn't like: We stayed three nights there and went out each day. Despite leaving the “service room” button on every time we were out the room Servicing’s just didn’t happen properly. On the second day we spoke to reception who said they would send housekeeping straight away. Housekeeping emptied the bin and left extra towels but didn’t make beds, restock tea/coffee or wash up used mugs and glasses. The next evening someone obviously came in but didn’t nothing but leave another huge range of towels. We ended up with more than ten. Someone clearly isn’t doing their job properly and neither is the person who supervises them. Extreme disappointment will not use this hotel chain ever again. Feel like asking for a partial refund. Such a shame as great location but having your room cleaned is surely an absolute basic

Don’t bother. Looked aesthetically pleasing.
Didn't like: Poor customer service. Poor communication. Long waiting times for service and dealing with issues. Things not working and not resolved. Very noisy from other rooms and outside, constant sirens from nearby. Drains making noises all night.

Convenient place to stay explore London. The room was a good size for a family and spacious bathroom for a family.

The restaurant, the service and the space of the room.
Didn't like: I paid extra for a top-floor room, but it was on the fifth floor instead of the 13th or somewhere higher, and the view was awful. Instead of the London Eye and Big Ben, the view was of the trains and some workers' container houses. The photos listed a massage room, but there were no treatments available, only the pool, the gym, and a small sauna and hammam.

Didn't like: Very disappointing experience – would not recommend! My son and I stayed in London for a week, and our hotel experience was extremely disappointing. Personal belongings disappeared from our room and were never found. The hotel refused to compensate us, which I find completely unreasonable. Additionally, there were holes in the bedsheets, and the TV did not work. Overall, a very poor experience, especially due to the hotel’s dismissive attitude and lack of responsibility. I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone.
