Not going to stay again They should not call themselves a 4 star hotel. It's misleading.
Didn't like: Tiny bathroom with poor range of fittings. Breakfast is mediocre at best. A 4 star hotel should provide more options. Coffee was horrible. It was burnt and looks like they don't clean the coffee filter and the machine. The scrambled eggs were runny, hash brown dry and didn't look fresh. Same can be said about the bread section. Banana was overly ripe and had dark spots inside. Other fruits also looked stale. I can go on

The staff were very helpful, especially the lovely Indian lady who kindly assisted me and my mother in finding a room that suited my needs and ensured my comfort. I really appreciated her kindness and support.

This is a great hotel. We wanted a room for 3 and found one at the Marlin with a kitchenette which was a great bonus. Everything about it was good, friendly and helpful staff, spacious room, nice quality towels and soaps, including shampoo and conditioner.
Didn't like: We had to wait a few minutes for the lift each time.

Didn't like: If you wanted drinking water, there’s a water fountain with fresh icy cold water on each floor, but the only downside is that the water pours slow

Heart of Waterloo/Westminster Perfectly located close to business and tourist attractions. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean and comfortable rooms. I would recommend to others and be back myself.
