Excellent location but County Hall slightly overshadowed by sister building The Westminster just aro Excellent location, excellent breakfast although a bit tight for space.
Didn't like: Rooms a bit tired and in need of refreshing, especially the en suites

Pleasant staff on reception. Received a complimentary upgrade to a suite which was fantastic. Great views of London's skyline especially at night.
Didn't like: The only negative about the suite is that the shower cubicle had quite a bit of mould build-up in the corners.

We all reallly enjoyed & the penthouse suite had fabulous views. We loved the location and the staff were fantastic. Facilities were also great for a family event.

Great, as expected, would come again. Location is excellent, rooms were decently sized (we had a full bedroom plus a walk-though room with a folded-out bed - that one got a bit tight). Breakfast is good, and do pay attention to the suggestions in the elevators about best times to go there - peak hours will have long(ish) ques. Generally as advertised and as expected.
Didn't like: The hotel has only 5 or 6 parking spaces, and if you are lucky to find an available spot, that one will be very expensive. Then again, nobody forces you to use it - just beware.

Very good We arrived at 2pm and our room was ready which we appreciated. Breakfast was excellent. Great location. Very close to the underground, Millennium & Waterloo bridges and London Eye,
Didn't like: Shower was very small and door wouldn’t stay closed. Floor got quite wet.
