A great stay with great great facilities. Keen polite, efficient staff . Friendly staff. Cleanliness of the room. Very comfortable bed. Superb breakfast. Fantastic above average pool and gym. Sauna was a great temperature and also very clean.
Didn't like: Coffee from a machine at breakfast. No windows to open . Too much writing everywhere! Walls and carpet.

Would not book again The only thing we liked about our stay is the location and the view from our room.
Didn't like: Please save your $500 per night as the room was really unclean. Poor service and housekeeping, dusty room, unclean bathroom and shower. We specifically requested to clean our room several times but would come to dirty and dusty room. In 5 days that we stayed there the dust was not cleaned at least once. The condition of room is also not great.

Good, but better value elsewhere (would not return) We had breakfast over 3 days and the food was consistently good and fresh. Staff was very friendly at breakfast. We got a room with a view of the London Eye. Security guards in the lobby at all times, so the proprty feels secure. Hotel is big, lots of elevators for quick access to your floor. Fan in the closet which comes very handy when you need to dry your raincoats.
Didn't like: Check in person insisted 3 times (agressively) that I hadn't paid (when paid in full via Booking 10 days prior) Rooms very dated, not very clean, flush very weak, rooms feel cramped because of a large bathroom 'cube' in the middle. Breakfast: you'll need to pay an extra $6.50 for pancakes (weird, I haven't seen that anywhere else) Location is great, Waterloo station a couple blocks away and Westminster across the bridge. Personal opinion: a LOT of red and black theming...feels like a nightclub

better hotels 11 hour flight. from states. arrive. at hotel. had requested. early. checkin rom not. available however i. asked could we. fresh in up get. shower. at oool. area. no not allowed then we. went to. sit in the. foyer they starting moving sofas we hadn’t. slept it. was very inconsiderate i. again approached. the. front desk chap. couldn’t help. after sitting with. little ones. trying to sleep i. asked for the manager. somehow within 1. min they magically got us. a family room because i wished to complain. the. customer. service is awful breakfast not great beds are very hard location is good

Didn't like: two things, the tea, coffee and milk was never topped up for our 5 night stay which was a shame. also after one day, one of the bathroom robes went missing the after the second day the second one went missing and we never saw them again. I reported this and I hope that we are not charged for them.

Would definitely stay here again. Excellent, central location for the South Bank and Waterloo. Very courteous, friendly and helpful staff. Room on high floor quiet and luxurious. Great facilities including spa, coffee shop downstairs, cosy lounge. Lifts were plentiful and fast.
Didn't like: Minor issue:no ‘make up my room’ notice to hang on door so we were disturbed on last morning when trying to get ready.
