You give nicer I booked the room for pre night prior to trafalga tour. My room was wonderful. The last night of the tour the room was terrible, no robe, and TV connection was poor. Seems like when I booked on my own the room was wonderful but you give tour people the worst rooms. Couldn’t even get elevator to work near my room at last night.

Historic tour We had a wonderful time at the hotel. The staff was friendly, and it was easy to get around with it being central to most of the tourist attractions.
