Didn't like: Elevators are not efficiently programmed and was out of order on our departure day, causing huge delays. Breakfast had great pineapple. Eggs and bacon were not good. Coffee was average.

Good hotel in a great location Very central,staff pleasant. I picked it as right beside Theatre Royal 5 mins walk and beside Covent Garden

Didn't like: Nothing major. Rooms are small but adequate. Breakfast good but very crowded depending on time

Very disappointing It’s location

Didn't like: Our room supposedly a deluxe double was about 15m2 plus small bathroom . It looked onto an exhaust chimney that was noisy all night
