Didn't like: No seating in reception area
DeniseOctober 2026 · Couple
Great location, the pub downstairs was good. Breakfast was well managed given how many people there were.

Beautifully area conveniently situated Situated in a beautiful area & in walking distance to the main areas of London
Didn't like: There’s no water bottles in the room but there are water stations to fill up your own containers

Great location, but noisy but worth the stay. Great location and excellent price
Didn't like: It is a massive hotel, which is fine but not what I expected. We arrived early and left our bags there and it was chaos to drop them off as there were so many others doing the same. Also it was noisy at night with the street noise through the windows.

Very bad Nothing
Didn't like: Unfair , won’t allow late check in even though they are “24hr check in “ , won’t reply to customer service and won’t accept a refund ! :(
AnaOctober 2026 · Solo traveller
Didn't like: Minimum offer of healthy choices for breakfast

Great location, welcoming staff, tight room for 4 people, exellent wifi, traffic noice The staff was welcoming and good. Cleanliness was good, and the room was cleaned every day. The filtered water station in the lobby was genius. Many restaurants, shops, and bus stops are nearby and Oxford Street is within walking distance. Would go there again.
Didn't like: With thin walls and thin windows, there was so much noise from the street that we had to sleep with earplugs (they provided) although the window was closed, the noise was still disturbing. With windows closed the air was moist in the morning with 4 people in the room. We could also hear people in the next room. Ask for a room that doesnt face the street.

Comfortable clean and convenient. Easy and helpful check in. Clean comfortable room and good sized bathroom.
Didn't like: On first floor above the main road meant there was a lot of street and traffic noise even with window shut.
