We went home talking about what we would do on our next trip. The location was great. We were able to walk to all the areas we wanted to get too and felt relaxed getting about. … just not enough time. The hotel staff were very helpful and professional at all times.

Didn't like: Our room was a bit small and too warm during the night so difficult to sleep.

Perfectly located and very adequate old hotel. Would definitely stay there again! Great location. Nice lobby bar. Good breakfast.

Didn't like: Small old fashioned rooms. Fine but quite minimalist.

Looking forward to my next stay! I have stayed here four times already this year. I always enjoy it. The location is great. The atmosphere has something special. I always get a good meal in either restaurant and all staff are nice and helpful. Good value in central London and it does have an atmosphere of art deco!

Didn't like: The doors of rooms are a bit basic - look unfinished. But all rooms I have stayed in are comfortable and most have a nice view of Bloomsbury.

Great location for the hotel with good room size Very good location. As a triple room the size was very good. Plenty of space. I like the separate toilet and bathroom. We decided to stay in and are at the restaurant. Food was very good indeed!

Didn't like: It was very warm in the room. Although there was a fan, I think during the summer it maybe unbearably hot.

It served a purpose but wouldn't stay here again The beds and pillows were very comfortable and the room was very clean.

Didn't like: The bathroom and decor in the room were dated. There was a strong smell of cigarette smoke in the room for part of the night. The deadlock didn't work properly.

The hotel is in really good position and felt safe for a large city. We are both over 70 and found it an easy walk to and from KingsCross/St. Pancreas Stations. We also found British Museum, Oxford Street, the Theatre district and Westminster all within walking distance.

Didn't like: Our was room very small and had no AirCon and It was on the 8th floor in the roof space. On the day we arrive the temperature in London was in the low 20°c and the room was extremely hot and very uncomfortable overnight. Luckily for us, as it was October, the temperature outside dropped to around 16° for the rest of our stay and the room was comfortable after that, but I wouldn't want to be in there in between April and September.

Love, already stayed for 2 of our London trips will definitely stay again Fantastic location close to Euston station, stored luggage free of charge, beautiful restaurant and fantastic breakfast with everything you could possibly want, comfortable rooms that offered 3 single beds great for our girls weekend.

Didn't like: Rooms are a little warm but fans are supplied and that’s only being picky as I’d rather be a little to warm than cold..

Nice hotel, but it needs some freshening up. Great location. The location

Didn't like: Nice hotel, but it needs some freshening up. It feels like it hasn't been properly maintained for a while.

Clean, comfortable, excellent location - warm and welcoming staff. My third time staying. Excellent staff. Great location.

Didn't like: Rooms are a little small - can feel claustrophobic. No food during after 11pm - perhaps 24hr room service... or at least vending machine for snacks.
