Great location. Large room, friendly staff and access to the executive suite on level too was an added bonus.

Excellent location. Some staff need serious training! Location and room size
Didn't like: Some of the reception staff were lacking the professionalism and hospitality expected in this industry. I arrived to check in at 6:30 pm, only to be told that my room was not ready and had to wait an additional 40 minutes. Having to wait until 7:10 pm for a room is unacceptable and unheard of in any hotel that takes its guests and service standards seriously. The poor attitude of the staff only made an already frustrating experience worse.

Breakfast needs definitely to be up graded to the time when the hotel was still called MOUNT ROYAL I have been a guest at this hotel about twice a year The restaurant menu is very poor. In fact we are dining in a restaurant outside.
