The location was great . Breakfast was good, staff very friendly all in all a nice stay.
Didn't like: Like most hotels in my experience, the barmen are never quite sure of what there about and also it closed a little on the early side .

A very comfortable stay in a good location. The location on a regular bus route, the very friendly staff and the comfortable and spacious rooms.
Didn't like: The hot breakfast was excellent but there was tinned fruit and I prefer fresh and the pastries were limited.

Didn't like: The bathroom had cracks and broken tiles. However it also had a sign saying if we caused water damage we would be charged, but there wasn’t adequate protection (such as a screen or curtain) for the broken tiles. This was stressful. The Aircon also didn’t work very well and the room shook consistently from a tube station being close by. Even without these issues, the carpet and facilities etc were also not worth the price. Maybe we were unlucky with the room as the other reviews seemed fine but we pull never stay again

Didn't like: The small size of the room and I can hear everything people on the upper floor were doing. It was just uncomfortable and would never stay here again.

The hotel was well located to Paddington Station. The staff were polite and professional The breakfast was good with plenty of it available. The staff were professional and polite throughout our stay.
Didn't like: The shower pressure along with the temperature fluctuated.
