Budget hotel in a great location Great location , comfortable bed. Good strong shower. Perfectly fine for a one night stay at a very reasonable price. Hotel is badly in need of a makeover , but when that happens , you’ll Pay a lot more !
Didn't like: As above. Dated and carpet pretty stained. Couldn’t open a window so a bit stuffy.

Great for one night stand or short city break trip. Lovely team, very nice. Great location. So close to metro station and a lot of popular shops around. Huge plus for kettle and a lot of coffee. Lobby is looking amazing, giving very positive and high standard feeling. Impressive amount of elevators. Nice smell of cosmetics to use inside the room. And very very warm water under the shower. ❤️ Huge benefit for luggage room to keep stuff.
Didn't like: The anti-slip mat in the bathroom was highly unhygienic—though, without it, there would be a risk of an accident. The lighting was very poor, and the mirror was positioned so far away that applying makeup was difficult. The bathroom as a whole is in need of renovation; the silicone sealant looked as if it had been applied by a child just for fun, which detracted from the overall appearance. It looked neglected. It was impossible to raise the temperature in our room. Unfortunately, it kept blowing cold air the entire time, even when set to the highest fan speed. There was a small heater near the door, though it’s unclear who it was intended for. It seems that both the hotel and the staff are aware that the rooms can get cold.

Didn't like: 1. The absence of slippers and dressing gowns in the room despite an upgrade.t 2. The lack of clarity as to whether we were eligible to access the upgraded breakfast room.

Fine for short stay/business trip. It was adequate but didn’t wow. Staff extremely pleasant Good sized room, large comfortable bed Breakfast very good but crowded and although the wait staff were incredibly hard working and diligent they could not keep up with the sheer volume of work

Great location very good staff.
Didn't like: The hotel is out dated now. The heating didn't work in room as is so old. Bathroom need renovation the shower tap didn't work properly..desperate need of revamp.

Location with parking was good. The room was acceptable.
Didn't like: The food offering was poor. The room ventilation didn't seem to adjust the air temperature. The bathroom taps would run hot or warm water when in the cold position.
