Very good. The staff was very helpful Room was good. Location was excellent. Did not have breakfast. The staff was very helpful. Would definitely stay again and recommend to friends and family
Didn't like: The only thing is they didn’t give a late check out. I requested for a late check out . But the didn’t give me. They took very long to answer the phone

Should be better for the cost Location & transport links Bar area
Didn't like: Lifts are awful. Long delays & silly system of calling a lift just not clear & didn't work. Very busy cosmopolitan hotel. Long queue at Reception & long check in process. Was given what they said was an upgrade to a beautiful big room but it was smaller than ones I've stayed in there before & not any better appointed. Mattress & duvet were lumpy.

Location
Didn't like: It’s not clean and shower drain blocked
AmandaOctober 2026 · Extended group
Location mainly and the vast selection of breakfast
Didn't like: I did not have a face cloth with the towels and there were no basic toiletries like shower cap, comb/brush.

Good price, great location Room was large enough for me, might have been a bit tight for 2 people. The location was perfect and the price reasonable by London standards.
Didn't like: There were a lot of stray long hairs in the room and bathroom which made me think it might not have been too well cleaned between guests. The wifi kept dropping out

I love the cumberland because of the location and vibes only. Every year I go to London I choose this hotel because I love the hotel, the vibes, the location.
Didn't like: What I dislike is that the staff are not helpful, and you don’t get value for the money you pay. Rooms are not well cleaned.
