Comfortable stay in Central London Great location, close to tube station Very comfortable beds. Good AC Lovely bathroom with nice toiletries. Coffee machine, fridge, iron. Very pleasant staff
Didn't like: A little noisy as my room overlooked Tottenham Court Road. Rooms a little small but this is normal for central London

Good location but disappointing experience The location is great, and the staff are kind and helpful.
Didn't like: While checking in, we were asked whether we would prefer a quiet room, and we said yes, but the room was far from quiet. During the day, we could hear people shouting outside but since we had to leave for a concert, we thought it would be fine during the night and in the morning. However, at 7 am we were woken up by the loud noise of trash carts being moved to the bins right next to the hotel wall. When I opened the curtains in the morning, I noticed that one of the windows would not close properly. This was likely the main reason why so much noise entered the room and why it was also so cold. The cleanliness was below expectations, as there was hair in the bathtub. Also, the bed was also very uncomfortable, and I woke up with back pain.

Excellent location, comfortable rooms, lovely staff. The check in process was easy and I was grateful for a complimentary double upgrade - with a fruit basket and sweets waiting in the room when I arrived! The staff were fantastic, very obliging and polite. Toiletries are all from Urban Apothecary which we have at home, so that was a lovely surprise too.
Didn't like: Couldn't fault anything about the hotel.
