Fab! Great hotel. Fab interior design. Nice clean room, great shower and comfy bed and linen. Right next to Holborn Tube.

Spacious, comfortable and clean rooms, great breakfast, kind receptionists, wonderful location. It was great having a swimming pool and spa. My husband and sons went for a dip while I was enjoying feet and head massage, just before leaving for the airport.
Didn't like: Not enough light in the rooms and the floor corridors too dark. A question of taste of style.

disappointing - bad service swimming pool and spa area
Didn't like: ive asked for quiet room and had one on 2nd floor, overlooking busy street -didn't sleep much. receptionist refused to move me to another quieter room

NYC - Super Hotel!! Room was larger than expected. We had 2 King Size Beds and plenty space. Think we were upgraded because it was our Silver Wedding Anniversary. Also, the staff were extremely polite and helpful Great location

Fun, only a short walk from the theatres The spa facilities were great, the room was a good size.it was clean and a good amount of tea/coffee etc. Also loved having a fridge in the room
Didn't like: The room was noisy with the outside traffic even though we were on the 9th floor I was woken several times because of it. Unfortunately the roof top bar had a private function and was closed.
