A comfortable and relaxing stay. Friendly staff. Amazing location. Incredibly comfortable beds. Clean and well presented. Great showers.
Didn't like: Be aware that the water in the bathroom is very hot. I love hot water, but just be aware that it is very hot indeed. Swimming pool is very shallow.

Fair stay Location is amazing right in the middle of well known shops, eateries, the famous St. Paul’s cathedral, millennium bridge, walk to borough market, museums. The most helpful & lovely staff is the concierge team. We had a ton of luggage which they helped move smilingly. : )
Didn't like: I like that the elevators work very well even though fixtures in the bathroom were not great. In a previous 5-night booking, lady reception staff agreed to refund one night (despite no cancellation policy) due to emergency back home, was denied afterwards. Disappointed but nothing we can do. So deal with care about such matters, best to get it written.

Didn't like: Everything was good . View from rooftop bar was amazing but only visited once because the drinks prices were extortionate.

Great location, friendly front of house staff but noisy con and small hard pillows spoilt it. Friendly staff Loved the bathroom with a bath and separate shower.
Didn't like: Air conditioning was so noisy - incredibly so. The bathroom was not as clean as it could be ….. the WC was dirty Pillows were far too small and all were hard

Stayed there to attend wedding reception. It was a great weekend thanks in no small part to you Superb location easy to get to. Nice room well appointed.

Nice and welcoming hotel Had a nice stay at the hotel, the room was comfortable and clean, the breakfast had plenty of options and the ambient was overall very welcoming (the check-in refreshments and prossecco were very much appreciated).
Didn't like: The one thing that disappointed us was the attitude of some staff members, kinda rushed and rude towards the guests.
