The location and buffet were great, the facilities were not, overall, not worth the price I paid for. The location was great. Easy Tower bridge metro station was nearby. The room was comfortable because it was spacious and the AC was working well for us. The breakfast was wonderful, although it was the same menu every day. The restaurant staff were very friendly.

Didn't like: Inside the room, the wallpaper was falling off! Our safe was not working! I reported it on the animated phone call on the first day, but no one came to look at it for the entire time we were there, 4 nights. The bathtub was decent, but getting in and out was a high fall risk because the tub rim was very high!

I would appreciate a substantive written response within 14 days. If an appropriate resolution cannot be reached, I will

Didn't like: I booked a superior king room to celebrate my partner’s birthday, yet the experience was anything but satisfactory. Our room was situated directly beside the lift shaft, resulting in continuous knocking and banging throughout the night. This repeatedly disturbed our sleep and significantly affected the primary purpose of our stay. Furthermore, I specifically requested a pleasant view for this special occasion and received confirmation through Booking.com that the accommodation had accepted this request. Instead, we were given a view overlooking railway tracks. I found this particularly frustrating as there was a complete lack of accountability regarding our room’s view. I had specifically requested a pleasant view because we were celebrating my partner’s birthday. Booking.com subsequently confirmed that the hotel had accepted this request. However, upon arriving, we discovered that our room overlooked railway tracks. When I questioned this at reception, I was told that we would need to take the matter up with Booking.com, as the hotel was not responsible. I find this response completely contradictory. If the hotel had already confirmed our request through Booking.com, why were staff then refusing to accept any responsibility for the room we had been allocated? I also cannot help but question whether our arrival time influenced the room we were given. When making the reservation, I clearly stated that our estimated arrival time would be between 7:00pm and 8:00pm. We arrived at approximately 8:15pm, only fifteen minutes outside that window. I am now left wondering whether, because we checked in later in the evening, we were simply allocated one of the least desirable rooms remaining. I appreciate that I cannot establish whether this was the case, but given the location of the room, the unacceptable noise, the faulty heating and the disappointing view, it is certainly a concern I would like addressed.

Total disappointment The view from our room was beautiful but...

Didn't like: Disappointing Customer Service The customer service left much to be desired. The staff often came across as rude and unwelcoming, staring at us in a way that made us feel as though we didn’t belong. We never truly felt welcomed as guests, and even using the hotel’s amenities sometimes felt uncomfortable, as though our presence was an inconvenience. The overall atmosphere seemed more geared toward business travelers than vacationers. To make matters worse, housekeeping failed to clean our room, and when we requested extra towels as a result, the staff made us feel like we were a nuisance for asking. The location is convenient for the train station, but don’t expect to be within comfortable walking distance of many attractions beyond Tower Bridge. You’ll likely need to rely on public transportation to explore the rest of London. While the hotel itself is nice, the poor hospitality significantly detracted from our experience. A beautiful property means very little when guests are made to feel unwelcome. Unfortunately, the service left a lasting negative impression, and I would not choose to stay here again. Save your money and book elsewhere.

How close it was to the tube. Breakfast was really good. A lovely man serving. I can't eat eggs only the white due to cholesterol and they made me white omelette which was delicious.

Didn't like: Times on pool for families. Felt it wasnt accommodating us staying, more facilitating gym members.

Didn't like: This is our 2nd stay with you and both time we're in October. Hot...the Roddy, hallways, and rooms are ungodly hot!
