Perfect stay 👌 Perfect stay! Not stayed here before - the hotel was excellent. It was immaculate, the room was spacious and filled with all the little extras, robes and slippers to use in the spa, lovely comfortable bed, lovely bathroom. The staff were all very professional and friendly, the bar and lobby area were very comfortable and beautifully decorated. Would absolutely return to this hotel and fully recommend it.
Didn't like: Nothing - it was great.

Fabulous hotel for girls weekend away. Love the attention to detail or glass of bubbles when checking in lovely touch The room is spacious and twin beds both double
Didn't like: The lift. When checking out waited good 20 mins and then decided to struggle down stairs with cases as every time lift went past us when it came down and stopped it was packed. Needs looking at

We love our room and the restaurant and the bar…but i wish I booked the executive suite. i love the restaurant , it was lovely to have that in the hotel as well as the spa
Didn't like: I was greeted by a bit not so friendly front desk staff when we check in on 18/10 , She wasvery blunt at a start doesn’t smile and when she looked at my booking and probably realised that its for my husbands birthday suddenly she had changed she started being nice. My husband noticed it as well and he said that being at the front desk she should be more accommodating and welcoming. Also I was looking forward to use the jacuzzi but it is alway full with guest in groups. I didn’t managed to experience it in my 3days and 2 nights of stay .

It's a great hotel with good people and clean, high quality finishes for someone coming to London. The hotel was very nice right from check-in where Matilda helped me at the front desk who was excellent. My room had a great bed, a great view, nice furnishings, excellent bathroom with tub and shower, as well as being very clean.
Didn't like: The room temperature stayed a bit warmer than I would have liked. It was likely because it was so cold outside and still fine to sleep at night, but I would have liked to turn the room a bit cooler than was possible.

Thought it was very nice. I’d come again. Location was good. Breakfast had a good selection of options and I really enjoyed the croissant. Room was nice. Staff were lovely. Communal areas were lovely and well presented.
Didn't like: Queue for coffee machines always seemed Long. Labels on the cereals would be good. The noise from trains was very loud even on the 10th floor.

The hotel was beautiful
Didn't like: I specifically requested a city skyline view as on the advertised pictures, I contacted the hotel and specifically asked for that which they said they’d be willing to help with and do and that didn’t happen, in fact we got rooms in the east tower which was too far for my elderly grandparents to walk to which I also explained in the email sent to the hotel. So I’m quite dissatisfied that they couldn’t put us in the west tower, with the skyline views as advertised so that disappointed me, but overall the hotel was impressive and clean and very nice but that overlooked part upset me as this was a very special occasion.
