Perfect place for what we needed. Our room was upgraded without request and staff were upbeat and friendly. A really goo Great location for South Kensington, Hyde park and the Albert Hall. Tube next really handy

Amazing upgrade Me and my daughter stayed for the night, it was a beautiful hotel very friendly staff. We was the geust of the day and was upgraded the ambassador suite which was an amazing surprise we even got complementary dessert. Thanj you for making our stay wonderful.

Great location, clean, vintage Great location, right next to the metro station. Spacious room, very clean. The security team at the entrance makes customers feel safe.
Didn't like: The hotel personnel seems to be understaffed. Very slow to get anything when you call reception. Pillows are too soft. Not possible to open our room's window.

Didn't like: Breakfast was only lukewarm so I wouldn’t opt for this again. Paying £50 for parking when you are a guest is extortionate, this should be subsidised for hotel guests.
