Waste of money for an all inclusive! The property had nice updated rooms. Plenty of pillows but no balconies! The large pools were also nice. Only one swim up bar. They provided water bottles.

Didn't like: The beach sucks! Hard compacted sand not teal like and no waves. Very calm and small beach. Looks like a lake not the ocean. Too many vendors trying to sell you things from the moment you stepped into the building and on the beach. For timeshares and for buying things. not peaceful at all. Buffet food was not good and the restaurants you have to book way ahead and there are only 2 to pick from! Drinks were watered down and you had to fight to get a decent brand of liquor we are talking absolute or stoleys vodka. Inside bar was better than any outside bar. Beach chairs were so uncomfortable you couldn’t lay flat. You have to pay to eat at a different restaurant and do any activities here in an all inclusive. Not a good stay at an all inclusive. No room service.

Overall beautiful, well maintained, a variety of swim, food, rest options. Needs more chairs by pool Food is fresh and has good variety, especially Mexican dishes. I like the other guests this place attracts, a lot of very respectful families. Room is spacious enough and clean. Staff overall are friendly an helpful.

Didn't like: The sales staff roaming around trying to sell excursions can be aggressive. For peak hours, dinner line up is long. You need to eat before 8pm to avoid, or have a rest. reservation. Impossible to get a chair by the pool. Sometimes I literally sat on the stone surrounding floor. Beach has more seating.

Beautiful hotel surrounded by palm tress and a lovely beach truly feels like an Oasis. The reception is lovely and large and the selection of different bars and restaurants is great. You can pay a little extra to use some of the other restaurants from the sister hotel next door. I was by myself and the staff really looked after me. The beach is lovely and plenty of sunbeds, the water is quite shallow so great for families with small children. The hotel is in a great position away from the craziness of the main hotel zone strip but only a 10 min bus ride away!

Didn't like: bit difficult to get in some of the restaurants, availability is very limited. Rooms are a little dated.

Open new restaurants, please All is really good

Didn't like: You have to be in line, long line to ask food, lunch and dinner I had to wait almost 40 minutes to get in to the restaurant.

The beach it was very close to the hotel

Didn't like: The hotel needs upgrade, the strong smell of humidity is really bad, outside the rooms and inside the rooms is very bad the smell, the chest of drawers needs upgrade as well they don’t closed properly, the shower mats are disgusting. You can’t take your clothes out from your luggage because of the bad smell The plugs are not working properly and they can hold the plugs. The cleaners should have to do a better standard cleaning. At least the basic cleaning daily. Sometimes they don’t clean the floor or even they don’t change the towels.

Uncomfortable I didnt like anything about the property.

Didn't like: I didn't like the front desk service nor the customer service. I also didn't like that the rooms had a smell to it,the sink water would come out yellow and the kids room had electrical sockets that literally came out the wall causing a charger to burn. The bathrooms in the property were not cleaned. And the kids pools were not well taken cared off. There was lots of debris in the pool even a dead bird. Over all the property is not clean.

We enjoyed our weekend there but wouldn’t go back to any Oasis. The shows at night were great .

Didn't like: The property was dirty and so was the pool. Our room had mold everywhere and the showers were like a motel . I wouldn’t stay here again .
