Everything was amazing. Rooms were clean and spacious, pool and beach area were fantastic and the breakfast was incredible. We had such a great stay.

Didn't like: Only recommendation is that the spa pools could have been slightly warmer, but everything was still fantastic.

Great location & quiet resort. Quiet resort away from the all inclusive & loud music hotels. Good beach & pools. Beach Deck bar was great every afternoon for drinks plus medium priced lunch food. Nice & helpful staff throughout. Good breakfast by the beach. Good mattress.

Amazing staff, perfect beach Fantastic service and friendly, helpful staff. Loved the relative calm of this resort as compared to other resorts in Cancun. None of that overly loud music playing so you can barely have a conversation. It felt very peaceful. The pools were immaculately clean. The white sand beach was lovely. The rooms spacious and comfortable. Our lagoon view was amazing. Would definitely come back.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location, the pristine beach, the amenities, and the staff. The lady at the towel counter remembered me from my previous visits from years ago. That was touching.

A Perfect Ending to Our Cancun Vacation – Highly Recommended! Presidente InterContinental Cancun Resort truly saved our last day in Cancun and turned what could have been a disappointing experience into a wonderful ending to our vacation! We had to find another hotel at the last minute after our original hotel in the Hotel Zone experienced a complete power outage, leaving our room without electricity. Fortunately, we were able to book Presidente InterContinental on the same day, and the check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. From the moment we arrived, the staff were friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay. The entire property was clean, beautifully maintained, and had a relaxing atmosphere. Our room was spacious and comfortable, and we absolutely loved the swimming pool! But the real highlight was the beautiful private beach. The white, powdery sand was amazing, the beach was clean and not overcrowded, and best of all, there was no noticeable sargassum seaweed! This was such a pleasant surprise, especially compared to the beach at our previous hotel, where huge piles of sargassum had accumulated along the shore. The breakfast was another highlight, offering a wide variety of delicious options to start the day. What started as a stressful situation turned into one of the best parts of our Cancun vacation. We only wish we had booked this hotel earlier so we could have enjoyed more time here! Thank you, Presidente InterContinental Cancun Resort, for making our last day in Cancun truly memorable. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful, relaxing beachfront resort in Cancun!

Fab! Very clean, people are all nice, close to everything

Comfortable and welcoming hotel The staff were excellent and the beach was lovely. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was really nice.

Didn't like: We didn't seem to get hot water for the first two days, but the reception team were very proactive in sending maintenance to have a look. A few more veggie options on the menu in the evening would be a great addition.

We had a wonderful experience at Presidente InterContinental Hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always helpful. The hotel itself is beautiful, and our room was very spacious, comfortable, and spotlessly clean. The beach was also very clean, and the peaceful surroundings made it the perfect place to relax and unwind. Overall, a fantastic stay in a beautiful and relaxing atmosphere. Highly recommended!
