Stay away from this hotel even though has great location Location very close to beach and clubs

Didn't like: Installations, lack of cleaning, very old furnitures

Terrible atención: Staff del desayuno y limpieza Buena ubicacion, piscinas y salida directa al mar.

Didn't like: 1. El staff de limpieza fue poco servicial e ineficiente, al llegar la habitación estaba sucia, las toallas no habían sido lavadas apropiadamente. Tuvimos que llamarlos a que vuelvan a limpiar y lo hicieron de muy mala gana. 2. En el desayuno bufet nos detuvieron por entrar nuevamente a pedir algo de tomar, dado que por.mi condición de salud necesito tomar pastillas temprano en la mañana. Nos trataron como delincuentes y tuvimos que pagar otro desayuno. La asistente encargada del buffet extremadamente grosera e hizo caso omiso a nuestra situación. El día casi no nos dejan entrar a desayunar. Una pena que contraten gente poco profesional en un lugar tan prestigioso. 3. Las habitaciones dejan mucho que desear, nada que ver con las fotografías. El baño no funcionaba, la cafetera estaba averiada y la ducha necesitaba mantenimiento del sifón. La experiencia en general fue pésima, no me vuelvo a hospedar nunca más en este lugar ni en ninguno de esta cadena hotelera y no lo recomiendo en absoluto.

It was a good location but they need to work on their cleanliness and safety Location was great close to super markets, coco bongo & other activities. The beach was beautiful and nice pools and good security. The lady who does the entertainment & activities was super friendly and very nice. She brought games, aerobics, and activities to everyone.

Didn't like: The facility is not very clean we found two cockroaches during our stay. The pool area is very slippery I saw about 3 people fall and I personally almost fell about 5 times. If you choose the non inclusive option the treatment is very different. Lastly they try to sell you a timeshare for a “free breakfast”.

I will recomend this hotel. The best location for parties and chilling Amazing views and perfect location

disappointing hotel experience The hotel is located directly in front of the Caribbean Sea, with beautiful beachfront views and a great location in Cancún. Some of the floor staff and serving staff in the dining area were also kind, polite, and helpful.

Didn't like: Unfortunately, the overall experience was disappointing. The hotel building and facilities are outdated and need significant maintenance. The escalator was particularly problematic—it was suffocating inside, did not appear to be working properly, and even the hotel staff acknowledged that there were issues with it. Housekeeping was also poor. Towels were not properly replaced every day, and the room cleaning was not up to the expected standard. There were also no complimentary bottles of water in the room, and the coffee capsules were not replenished properly every day. I also had a frustrating experience during check-out. I requested a proper invoice/bill in my name, but the staff initially refused, explaining that because I had booked and paid through Booking.com, they could not issue an invoice. I had to argue for more than 10 minutes before they finally provided some details of my stay and the total amount paid. However, I am still unsure whether the document/details provided constitute a proper invoice. The check-in staff were also rude and not particularly helpful, which made the arrival experience unpleasant. Overall, although the beachfront location and views are excellent, the outdated facilities, poor housekeeping, maintenance issues, and unfriendly check-in experience significantly affected my stay. I would not recommend this hotel if you are looking for a comfortable and relaxing vacation

Didn't like: The food

The resort is a wonderfully kept property with many amenities being available for the use of guests. Our family was accommodated with a connecting room giving us easy access to my two sons who stayed in a separate room. We absolutely loved the ocean view from our rooms and enjoyed how conveniently close to the nightclubs and night life the property is being within walking distance. The food at the variety of restaurants available and service was exceptional and we just love staying at Krystal in Cancun. Looking forward to our next visit soon!!

I loved it here I wish the rooms was better and the food. I went here in 2024 and the food was amazing, this time it was I loved the staff the most! They were really excellent and kind. The activity people were AMAZING joseline, said, and I forgot the other name (he was a boy) they were great!

Didn't like: I didn’t like the room that much. The first room we got put in was okay but the thermostat didn’t work so we had to move rooms. The second room the window was broken and it smelled strongly of paint. The rooms kind of looked outdated but at least it was cool.
