We had a wonderful stay at this resort in Cancun! The place was beautiful, clean, and comfortable. The atmosphere was relaxing, and the staff were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. Everything was well organized, and we truly enjoyed our time here with our family. Thank you to the entire team for the great hospitality and lovely experience. Highly recommended! We would definitely love to come back again.
Didn't like: The only thing we didn't like was the mosquitoes. I recommend bringing mosquito repellent to make your stay more comfortable. Other than that, everything was great!

An enjoyable stay with good food and friendly staff, but let down by dated facilities, tired rooms and a less-than-ideal The food was a real positive, with a great variety of options available and something to suit everyone. The drinks were also good, and the staff were consistently friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The all-inclusive offering was enjoyable, and we appreciated the choice of food and drinks available.
Didn't like: Unfortunately, the hotel itself felt quite dated and in need of some investment and modernisation. The rooms in particular could benefit from redecorating, and we noticed mould in several areas, which was disappointing and took away from the overall experience. The location was also a downside. The hotel isn’t really within comfortable walking distance of Cancún’s main tourist areas, meaning you’re reliant on taxis or Ubers if you want to explore, visit shops or enjoy the nightlife. Although the food, drinks and staff were all good, the general condition of the hotel and its facilities let the experience down. With some refurbishment and better attention to room maintenance, it could be a much more enjoyable place to stay.

Staff were very friendly, WiFi worked throughout the whole hotel. Felt really safe and comfortable during our entire stay. Exactly like the pictures.
Didn't like: Some of the food wasn’t great and we wished the bar stayed open a bit later than 11 on the weekend. Perhaps a bit more variation when it came to the entertainment. But overall it is a safe, comfortable place to stay!

Didn't like: Alcohol was poor quality. Buffet for breakfast become same old same old every day The Japanese restaurant the starters was horrible and the main was poor cold and like rubber but sushi was very nice The pizzas had no taste The main reception did not explain anything when we checked in Gym small and very basic

We loved it! The hotel is spotlessly clean, it’s small but that means the staff recognise you quickly and are very accommodating. The food is lovely, some elements are typical all inclusive but the Mexican night and al a cart restaurants are just lovely. The drinks were great and the pool and beach beautiful. We got on the bus a couple of times which is 12 pesos and stops right outside the hotel.

Amazing My stay there was really wonderful, from the accommodation to the breakfast, lunch and dinner that was provided to us! In addition, the hotel also has a wonderful pasta restaurant and also another sushi restaurant! Super clean and organized gym, two swimming pools, parking and a small private beach! I highly recommend and I will stay again for sure!
