Wonderful room and excellent location! I was a little skeptical, as the hotel has very diverse reviews and in some instances it was referred to as a hostel. However, when we arrived, it was clear this is not a hostel, but yet a normal hotel. The check in was smooth, staff super friendly and we were upgraded. The room we had was fantastic! Very clean, huge, with a little living room with fridge, a big bathroom with bath and shower and even a dressing. We had everything we needed (hairdryer, soap, shampoo, more than enough towels). Next to that the bed was really good with the softest sheets we had during our whole trip. The building has a very nice style and a lot of nice little corners. We didn't use the swimmingpool at the end, but it surely looked nice too. And the location was really good. We were there on a Saturday and in the evening there's a super nice atmosphere at the palapas square, which is a 5 min walk. Also plenty of restaurants close by. And if you see the price you pay... I think it was pretty cheap for what we got. I would definitely go back and recommend this place!
Didn't like: Nothing, for us it was ideal.

Didn't like: - super noisy airco in the bedroom. - breakfast was included but the only options are egg dishes and coffee (plain toast or tea was not an option because you could get those at the cafe further down the street !?)

Blown away by this spot. It is the perfect place if you’re looking to stay in downtown Cancun The room was amazing, the shower was amazing, bed so comfy. So nice to have bar and restaurant on site! Pool is exactly as you see in photos.
Didn't like: Nothing. It was exceptional.

Great spot close to Cancun airport. Walking distance to a few nice restaurants. We had a delicious lunch and cocktails. The pool area was really beautiful and quite charming. The staff were very friendly and accommodating.

Everything good, just some bulbs missing next to the side table which made the light a bit uncomfortable. Staff was very good, specially Conrado. Thanks for having hosted us.

Ok but I wouldn’t stay there again. The staff were friendly and helpful. There were restaurants nearby.
Didn't like: The bathroom smelt bad and when showering water went everywhere making the floor slimy and slippery. No bulbs in bedside lights. Not at the standard expected of a boutique hotel
