The hotel is conveniently located near the ADO bus station, making it a practical option if you need to catch a bus.
Didn't like: Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing. The hotel did not meet our expectations, and the breakfast was particularly underwhelming, with limited options and poor quality. Nothing like the pictures!

Good if you know the area Convenient for the bus terminal. Rooms were good size. AC worked very well.
Didn't like: Staff generally were unhelpful, with the exception of the Starbucks coffee lady. Asking for directions, tour information etc was a waste of time.

Highly recommend for a stay away from drunk Gen Z’s Excellent, clean hotel and very efficient staff. Great value and super clean.

Disappointing stay, SCAMMy policies, NOT recommended NA
Didn't like: Hotel says they use $USD, but then end up charging in MEX pesos. That should be fine right? NO. What they sneakily do is use their own highly inflated exchange rate so you end up paying 20% more than intended. This is not oh the machine selection was wrong, this is purposeful deceit and scammy behavior since they use a MEX machine and don't show you the screen when you tap and you realize you were scammed when you see the receipt. Do not support businesses that rely on predatory practices such as this and skip. Pool and breakfast were both sad and pitiful. Looking at past reviews seems they have been continuing this exchange rate scam for a while now so feedback falls on deaf ears.

Location is great. Beautiful lobby n first floor has a very nice look. Breakfast was good. It came included. I ve known this hotel for a while. Has great potential. Gym on top floor. Pool and a restaurant or bar? with nice views. On repeated visits the chaise lounges one specifically, was broken which makes the place look in disrepair.
Didn't like: Broken chaise lounge in pool area.

Relax location Room was decent, clean. The pool area was a bit small but can’t complain. Was close to little markets and grocery stores. The breakfast was decent (had 3 options)
