Overall great value. Walking distance to ADO bus. I would stay here again. Extremely clean room. Staff were helpful when approached. Great location near ADO bus station and all amenities. WIFI and AC worked great. Comfortable bed.
Didn't like: Shower was never hot and not even warm. The cool water was not an issue during the hot temps. Electrical outlet in bathroom did not work. NOTE: These matters were not brought up to staff during the stay, so they didn't have the opportunity to correct. Indoor restaurant food was not great.

The pick up location for all tours where just 9 minutes from the hotel.
Didn't like: Unfortunately, because we arrived a little after midnight, we were given a very old room. The lady at reception told us to go and see the room first, saying it was the only one they had available and that if we didn’t like it, we could simply leave. However, it was already very late at night and we had nowhere else to go, so we had no real choice but to accept the room. The room was nothing like the well-maintained photos shown on Booking.com. The Wi-Fi didn’t reach the room at all, everything looked very outdated, and the sink faucet was rusty. We were very disappointed with the condition of the room, especially compared with what we expected from the photos. The hotel does have excellent amenities and the location is convenient, but unfortunately, our experience with the room was very disappointing.
