Is very easy to get to the hotel from the ADO bus station. The room was spacious, bed was quite firm but I like that.
Didn't like: The window was quite small, not much of a view if you don't book a room overlooking the pool. For the Cancun weather I wish the hotel had a mini fridge to keep cold drinks.

We booked this hotel for our first night in Mexico as it was near the ferry port. Can't fault location and was able to pop to one of the locals markets in the morning. Breakfast was also very good.
Didn't like: Nothing, the hotel served it's purpose

Didn't like: Staff was not helpful at check in without recommendations or helpful information. I would say because check in was at almost midnight.

Good value. and very nice pool. Buffet was great, had omelette, quesadilla station. Had variety of food. And staff was friendly.
Didn't like: My son had ants in his bed. Not sure if this typical of a tropical country but the other beds didn’t have ants.

Very relaxed vibe It had a very relaxed but professional feel to this hotel. The location is an easy walk to the main old town and once you work out yhe grids easy to get to. Taxis are good value and the deep tissue massage was exceptional The tour to Chichen Itza with Carlos my taxi was good value and i’d recommend him
Didn't like: It was a bit sketchy for my first day knowing the streets but thats my issue not the hotels

Family of 5 vacation in Cancun Mexico Delicious breakfast with a variety of Mexican dishes each day and made to order omelets. Staff friendly. Excellent location. Very roomy. My daughter lost her purse and the staff returned it with everything in place. Thank you!
Didn't like: Had to ask.for wash clothes each day. Only placed 1 or none in bathroom.
