Excellent location, good noise insulation considering it is right next to the aiport! Perfect airport location, minimal noise disturbance. Friendly staff. I have stayed here before and the onsen is amazing, just didn't get time to use it this time around.
Didn't like: Pillow were a bit flat, but otherwise nothing we didn't like.

Got a room with extra bed, so room feel cramped with 3 beds. But we manged in the limited space. Very secure, need to en Inside airport, great for early morning flights. Clean. Security is high. Staff available late night and early morning. Very helpful staff. Near shopping area. Clean room & bathroom
Didn't like: Room was warm, different temperature than lobby so feel muggy. Room small, hard to see TV unless you are laying in bed.

Good onsen and good hours. Nice to have onsen before a long haul next day. Room size are good and air conditioner works well. This is my second time staying in hotel.
Didn't like: Just the check out had some issues. Use the kiosk and not take my room cards. The staffs then assisted to complete process. Need to pay for gym. Just have one pillow only on each bed. Better to have two on each bed.

Great for a night before a flight I stayed here one night before a morning flight from Haneda. It's attached to terminal 3 so very handy for making a morning flight. My room was very tidy and had everything I could need for a one night stay. There were all the expected amenities, including shampoo, conditioner, pyjamas, plug adapters. My bags had been shipped to the hotel two days earlier and they were there waiting for me when I arrived.
Didn't like: The hotel is huge. I checked in around 10pm using the automated screens to check-in. There were at least 10 check-in screens and all of them were occupied. But it was a quick process and there were staff there to help. The room was smaller than other rooms I stayed in during my visit, but for a single night it was fine.
