Wonderful Stay and would return Location was very quiet and close to Family Mart and Lawson as well as Anamori-Inari station. Probably about a mile walk to McDonalds, .25 miles to Ministop. Very nice area. Staff gave us fresh towels daily and they prefer to clean the room daily. They also allow you to store your luggage at checkout and offer shuttles to and from Haneda Airport.

It was a great location for getting to the airport and getting luggage sent here was very efficient. Was able to hold it for a few days whilst we were backpacking around other parts in Japan.

Didn't like: My partner has a few allergies and we even had a allergy card listing all of them. But the staff during the breakfast just said to look and be careful. There was no signage and no attempt to check.

My exceptional one night stay The front desk staff were very helpful and courteous. The complimentary breakfast buffet was delicious, a lot of variety and the staff were friendly. The room accommodations were great, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom was clean, and the bathtub was a good size for soaking in after a whole day of traveling. And the hotel provides free shuttle service to Haneda airport. Great location, a lot of good places to eat and visit. Overall a great experience for my one night, I would definitely book here again in the future.

was a bit disappointed with the service provided. not really a good place to stay for families or for long term stay. Near the airport and they provide shuttle service at the time i need it.

Didn't like: I indicated 4 guest but the towels and blankets and other amenities are for 2 people only. Had to pay extra but if you don’t they wont provide. They wont deliver to your room, had to wait at the front desk. The clerk was even annoyed when I asked if they can deliver to the room coz I had to buy water from outside. When he saw we were carrying a lot of stuff, plus the blankets and pillows requested, none of the front desk staff offered to help. There were 4 people at the time and no one bothered to offer assistance. No water in the room nor any water refilling points anywhere in the hotel. need to buy in the vending machine or in Family Mart.

Great hotel if you need proximity to the Haneda airport. Nice, clean rooms. Food at their restaurant was good. And also they have a free transfer from the hotel to the ariport, which was on time and quick. Can recommend!
