The location was perfect. Right on the departure floor and we could leave our bags there all day while we roamed around the airport shops after checkout. We had our big bags forwarded from our other hotel and they were there waiting for us. The train and trams are right there easily accessible as well. The restaurant had good food and service also.

Didn't like: Room was a little tiny for an executive suite, but as are most of the hotel rooms in Japan.

Very Convenient We love the location, almost right next to our airline check in counter. They hold your luggage after checkout so you can be bags-free until your evening flight.

Didn't like: Decor is very somber, blacks and browns. Tiny window with no view, just the building next door.

Great location to travel to/from Tokyo. Room was clean and roomy, a higher floor would have been nice, tub & shower comfortable.

Didn't like: Bed was too hard and lacked extra pillow.

Excellent location for T3 departures or arrivals - the lobby is on the departures floor. Very fast transfer via airport shuttle bus to T2 or T1.
