Great place to stay, convenient location. I stayed in the Singles Unit. It’s clean, spacious, everything well thought out (restroom, showers, lighting, desk, tv and other amenities). Location is excellent, lots of places to eat and shop. Yamada Denki for all my electronic needs. Direct bus to Haneda airport is extra convenience since you don’t have to lug around suitcase riding trains. Will definitely use again.

Great 48 hours layover place. The location is great. There are a few local late bars nearby. It's easily accessible from a major trainstation shinagawa and the airport. The perfect spot for a layover between airport and shinkansen.
Didn't like: The carpets in the room where a little damp.
