Didn't like: Pillows but the last day i find out that a softer pillow was underneath bed. Also I choose the same brand on my last days in japa

Recommended ! Very good location, short walking distance to connections to other part of the city and the airport.Rooms are small by western standards, but adequate for Japan and offering very comfortable beds and superb bathroom ( also you are there to sleep not to live permanently ) Pleasantly surprised with the opulent deco of the lobby area. Towels are replaced every day. Staff pleasant and polite. Very clean overall. Check in a bit too complicated, but understand that a foreign tourist must provide more information required by the government, so just be patient. Check out seamless. Overall very happy with the choice of this hotel, would definitely stay again. Recommended to everybody visiting Tokyo looking for good quality on a budget.
Didn't like: the ice machine - there is no bags or buckets to get the ice from the ice machines. Overuse of plastic packaging in cleaning service.

Room was clean, staff helpful and they did offer toiletries which made for a really nice surprise. Overall a good hotel. Room came with a fridge which meant I could buy drinks and keep them and a kettle. Also provided toiletries which was a pleasant surprise. Breakfast was a decent spread combining both Japanese and continental options There was a Starbucks only 5 minutes away and it was close to the metro and bus stop
Didn't like: The room was much smaller than I had expected although as I quickly came to realise this is typical in Tokyo
