Excellent location in Shinjuku The hotel was quiet, the staff was considerate, and the beds were comfortable - especially the pillows. The hotel was also close to Shinjuku Station, for transportation, and Kabukicho, for entertainment.
Didn't like: I requested two twin beds, but the room had two full-size beds. As a result, the space was crowded. There is no western style shower.

Worked for our short arrival and departure base as it was less than 10 minute walk from the Shinjuku Station. Wish the r The location was close to the Shinjuku Station. The staff was friendly.
Didn't like: Dated rooms/bathrooms compared to the other Blossom hotel we stayed in Kyoto. The mattress was a bit hard, the room was relatively small. The shower drain had a hair clog in it so the tub filled with water as we showered. The amenities were lacking compared to Kyoto. Kyoto had a customer lounge area and a coffee bar and soda station which was not offered at this location.
