Location is in a safe quiet area west of Shinjuku Station but getting to this central hub is very confusing if you can’t Access to gender onsen

Didn't like: Rooms are tiny like jail cells if you’re used to Western-style rooms. No closet / space for you to hang your clothes for a long stay. Felt claustrophobic by how small the room was especially the washroom. No counter space for skincare products.

Great location and extended my stay for a few days and they were very accommodating. Great location away from the super crowded spots. Subway half a block away will get you anywhere you want to go.
