It was very nice to habe an onsen in the hotel. Room was perfectly equipped with everything you need.

Didn't like: Can be a bit noisy due to the nearby street but this depends a lot on the location of your room.

This hotel is comfortable and convenient Bigger than most Japan hotel rooms, they provided a lot of amenities like hairdryer, storage, many bathroom amenities which I found good. I liked how they didn’t clean the rooms every day and left bags of fresh things outside the room instead.

Didn't like: I loved everything apart from the fridge/freezer that was provided.. unfortunately I couldn’t use it because every time it was opened, I was overwhelmed by the smell of sewage.

Great stay Staff was very helpful and the location is great, easy to start roaming the city from here. Nice view from the room. Breakfast was very nice with a good mix of Japanese and western breakfast dishes. Check out was easy and ordering an Uber here was easy.

Didn't like: Room was quite small with two big bags but manageable. Check in was quite clunky but the staff was very helpful with it.

The hotel is very well-located, clean, and comfortable. While the rooms are small, this is standard for Japan, so please be prepared for that.

Didn't like: It was difficult to communicate with the staff for simple questions, but everything worked out well in the end with the help of Google Translate. Regardless, the staff were all nice and polite.

Excellent location close to the train stations, restaurants etc. Room sizes are good and very clean. Staff were very helpful.
