An absolute pleasure in staying in this 5 x star accommodation. Close to EVERYTHING!! Loved every minute of our 7 x day The property is immaculate with the staff being ever so friendly and genuine. The location is absolute PRIME! Could not ask for anything more.
Didn't like: Absolutely nothing.

Would use again except for restaurants and bars. Location and access to the city. Easy walk to Metro and park.
Didn't like: Room had plain walls and no color. Not up to date in terms of providing electrical facilities for a traveler - USB or charging stations. Ridiculous cost for beer - 2600 yen - 10 times what is expected!

The location was fantastic, we had a room overlooking the metropolitan building and could see the light show every evening.

Good view of the Tokyo Metro Building and linked access to Shinjuku Station
Didn't like: Too big, too many guests. Lobby felt and looked like a fish market at 3pm during check in- too noisy and busy. South tower has 26+floors but only has 5 washer/dryer machines. Room shows signs of aging and tv is not even a smart tv. Buffet breakfast is too expensive at $4000 yen pp- most likely breakfast area looks and feels like a fish market too. Don't stay here- too overrated. For aud500 room per night, there are better, newer and smaller hotel options in tokyo l, breakfast included
