Great location but uncomfortable bed It was in a good location with the park right across the street and only a 15 minute walk to Shinjuku. The room was clean and the rest of the hotel was nice. The bakery located in the lobby had some really good options. The restaurant was also always busy although we didn't eat there.
Didn't like: The bed was very uncomfortable the room originally only had two small pillows, although when we asked for additional we were given them. The hotel lobby and the public areas are very busy so if you don't like that I wouldn't recommend staying here. Although we heard some noise in the hallway it didn't bother us too much. Breakfast buffet only goes until 930, and it's very busy as well.

Really good, worth a look for a trip to Tokyo Great location. Room a little basic but still nice enough, very clean and comfortable. Restaurants, cafe and bakery on site are very good too! Staff were very helpful, easy to communicate in English.
Didn't like: Room slightly on the small side.

Great value stay in Shinjuku Public areas are very nice and modern with a really good in house bakery. Location on Shinjuku park is great, good for people and dog watching. Rooms are well appointed and bathroom good. Excellent value for money for central Tokyo. Close to subway and bus routes. Interesting backstreets behind the hotel. Handy for the airport limousine bus which picks up just round the corner.
Didn't like: Doors use a fussy number pad with code which has a steep learning curve. Ok once you work it out. Soundproofing is not great. Rooms are very compact although this is made clear both at booking and on arrival, we had an option to upgrade at extra cost if we'd wanted. I would not recommend trying to get there from Shinjuku station with bags as we did, exits are very complicated.

A lovely introduction to Tokyo. Loved the location, close to a lovely park with turtles swimming in a fountain and a short walk to convenience stores and restaurants. Staff were friendly and helpful, room was clean and perfect for us. Also had gym facilities which was a nice addition.

Classy comfort Great location. Shinjuku station was 12 minutes walk and the Tochomae station just a walk across the park. Good neighborhood, choice of good coffee places as well as authentic Japanese food, that the locals go to. Chou park just across the hotel is a great place to sit and watch the world go by. Also the check-in and check out process was one of the most efficient I've experienced in recent past. Rooms were cleaned daily, though deep cleaning for long stays as ours was just once after 3 full days. However beds were made every day and the bathroom also was cleaned (or we were very good :)).
Didn't like: We didn't include breakfast in our reservation but did want to try it out but the place looked so chaotic every morning that we preferred to skip the experience.

The atmosphere and the employees are the best. A big thank you to Benny Ronald, Lorenzo and all other employees, who made our stay so nice.
Didn't like: I think another coffee machine at the coffe bar would be great and the line would be shorter.

Spacious room with a private bathroom. Laundry and gym facilities available. Great breakfast options. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. The bakery on the ground level and the park across the road.
Didn't like: Only one pillow on the bed
