Not friendly staff minimum room cost too much Location

Didn't like: Staff was not friendly When Booking we were under the understanding breakfast was included, it was not and they got aggressive about it. The breakfast was very expensive and strange hours Checkin was 3pm with a computer and no matter what. EVEN THOUGH room were ready at 1pm! A little customer service ice knowing we were 18 hours getting to Japan.

Great location, very handy to walk into Shinjuku and Shibuya. Great location. Small but comfortable room. Size was good for 2 nights. Delicious breakfast with plenty of choice.

Right next to Shinjuku station, and there are multiple ways to get in and out of the hotel to the station (the best was through the bridge towards Shinjuku Terrace and Takashimaya). Easy to catch the train or the limousine bus from the airport. Very clean and quiet, and I liked the vending machines / ice maker / laundry facilities. Staff were also very helpful with checking in and out. Room size was as expected for Japanese hotels - I stayed in a double room as one person which was more than enough.
