Great location, great breakfast, great staff, great cleaning, great room size- great everything! Breakfast was better than the other breakfasts that we've tried in the area, also better than other hotels.

Didn't like: Microwave in the lounge could be nice

A lovely hotel—as long as you get a quiet room Great modern hotel—very clean, lovely rooms, and located right in the heart of the city

Didn't like: Despite requesting a quiet room in advance as a light sleeper, our room faced a main road and train station. The windows lacked soundproofing and the noise was terrible, making it impossible to sleep for 5 nights and completely ruining our stay

The Blossom Hibaya had a great location, views from the hotel, great service, very comfortable beds. The breakfast buffet was outstanding with a great choice of both Japanese and Western cuisine. Even unexpected choices such as Tempura, fruits, yogurt, breads, even ice cream and small cakes.

Didn't like: The room was a little smaller than we were used to.

A beautiful hotel with amazing views and perfect location. The rooms were lovely, the views incredible and the lcoation was perfect. The staff were accomodating and professional.

Didn't like: The laundry room was not fully working and smelt awful of cigarette and the bins.

Glad I ended another long trip at Blossom Hibiya! The Blossom feels like an oasis from the moment you enter the 17th floor lobby. The views are exceptional, the rooms are well planned out (and relatively spacious for Tokyo). My second stay was every bit as wonderful as my first, and staff was even more helpful - since this trip I brought the entire family, all with different departure dates.

Didn't like: Hmm possibly the breakfast buffet wasn’t quite as good as a year ago but still considerably above average.
