Pleasantly surprised and happy that my trip began with a stay at this hotel. My room felt roomy. It was very clean and well-maintained.

The hotel has quite a good location. Walking distance from takashima shopping centre. The surroundings got lots of food selection. The room size was decent and enough for 2 big luggage and still got space to move around. The Hotel staff are helpful, friendly, attentive and also good in English. Can ask for water bottles at the reception before going up to your room.

The location is 4 minute walk from Tokyo station or Takashimaya department store. Lots of restaurants nearby

Very close to train station and pick up point for airport limousine bus. Were happy to store luggage and staff great plus snacks to eat plus breakfast 😋

Great location, walking distance to so many spots. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Small rooms. Not friendly staff. Closed to Tokyo station if you wanna explore downtown by feet. Overcrowded trains, sinc Location is 5 min walking from Tokyo station. But at the end it’s not an asset.
Didn't like: Too loud outside. Cheap metro station that will take you to the airport has long tunnel with lots of stairs. Although navigator says 3 min walking to the station it takes more that 10 min walking on the tunnel to the platform. In addition I received promotional email that said that since I have kid before 12 I could stay in the hotel before 12, but stuff told me that check out is 11, and promotion is available only for booking via official site, not booking since they have to pay booking to sell their hotel. When I showed the email that I received they just told me oh, sorry, there’s nothing we could do since you’re booking client. Email didn’t say anything about that. It was for all people with kids who’re staying in Karaksa hotels. Really frustrated with this. It took me 30 minutes of my vacation time just to hear that they don’t want to do anything. Breakfast is just disgusting: processed eggs, cold veggies with meatballs, salad leaves and yogurt.

Super close to Tokyo station - but tucked down a side street so quiet. Beds comfortable enough and everything was super clean.
Didn't like: The breakfast area was tiny with little space for staff and visitors to move.
