Very close to the action but in a quite neighborhood plus a stone throw away from metro Location, price and the proximity to metro is definitely my reasons for coming back to this hotel and stay again and again over the past few years.
Didn't like: The Onzen facilities are getting old and some shower stations are out of order. The others all have problems with water pressure and water temperature inconsistency

Overall, my day was excellent. I wish I would’ve done more research because the public bath here is not Tattoo friendly. I really like this location and how close it was to the train station. I also liked the café downstairs. Breakfast was excellent. Staff was friendly.
Didn't like: The rooms are a bit too small for me. There’s nowhere to put your luggage so you’re basically living out of your suitcase grabbing stuff as needed. also, the bed is too soft for me.

Quite comfortable, good location, outstanding bath! The bath on the roof with an open-air section was fantastic. The hotel was easily accessible using the Ginza line with a station only a few steps away. The hotel had all necessary amenities and good service. The rooms were small but functional.
Didn't like: The room was quite small.

Repeated bookings here due to the location.
Didn't like: The table tops and headboard were very dusty and were not cleaned despite several cleaning days scheduled. Rooms were also not vacuumed.
